All of our shoes are shipped directly from our headquarters in Spain, so every order carries a piece of the Mediterranean with it—crafted with care and infused with sun-soaked style. This journey from our home to yours is an essential part of the experience.

Delivery Times

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the method you choose at checkout. We offer a range of options to suit your timeline:

(48–72 hours): Up to $40

Please note that shipping times may vary slightly based on your location and customs processing.

We're proud to send each pair from Spain—because we believe the essence of the Mediterranean is something worth waiting (just a little) for.

    Exchange and Return Policy

    At My Barks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make an exchange or return, we'll explain how the process works here.

    📦 Exchanges

    Exchanges are free. If you wish to exchange the size, color, or product for another, we will cover the shipping costs.

    Just contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, and we will explain the steps to follow.

    🔁 Returns

    If you prefer to return your purchase rather than exchange it, you can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

    In this case, the return service fee is $30 covering the exchange and return cost, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

    📬 Terms of the returns

    - The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

    - Returns of personalized or clearly used products will not be accepted.

    - 5 to 10 business days from receipt of the returned product to process the reimbursement.
